Sweet chestnut cake
Ingredients: 400g flour, 200g chestnut, 30g edible oil, 10g lard, 5g yeast, 10g sugar, 15g black sesame, appropriate amount of vegetable oil
Practice:
1. Boil the chestnuts, peel them, put them into a care machine, and then mix them into powder (if you don't have a care machine, you can put the chestnuts into a food bag and crush them with a rolling pin).
Add yeast and water to the flour to form a dough, and let it stand for 20 minutes.
3. Add a small amount of salad oil or butter and sugar to chestnut powder, knead it into a ball, and make it into chestnut stuffing.
4. Divide the dough into 6 equal parts, roll it out with a rolling pin, add chestnut stuffing, make it into a steamed bun shape, flatten it mouth down, roll it into a cake shape, and sprinkle black sesame seeds.
5. Add vegetable oil into the pot, heat it to 70%, put the cake into the pot, fry it until both sides are golden, and then you can eat it.
Chestnut mushroom
Ingredients: dried mushrooms, chestnuts, leeks, oyster sauce, Shuidian powder, soy sauce, sugar, vegetable oil
Practice:
1. Soak dried mushrooms, peel and boil chestnuts, and chop scallions.
2. Heat the pot, pour in vegetable oil, add chestnuts and mushrooms, stir fry until the steam comes out, add an appropriate amount of soy sauce, sugar and water, boil, cover the pot, and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
